This update adds Vimeo streaming support to SmartIQ

Video Player Vimeo Support

The 'Video Player' question type now has support for Vimeo streaming, the second video streaming provider to be supported in SmartIQ!
When adding a 'Video Player' question to a page in 'Design' the option to select Vimeo as a video provider is presented on the right hand side 'Question Properties' panel.

Just like the Wistia support, the playback UI is provided by Vimeo.
