Error - An expiry date has not been configured
This is an error message that comes up when trying to submit a form and the escalations are not configured properly.
This can happen if:

If an escalation has been added to the project, but a date for the escalation to trigger has not been configured.

If it's a reference and the referenced question hasn't resolved to a date (which should be handled with form validation).
Send Workflow Notification Emails to a Group
infiniti allows users to send workflow notification emails to all active users within the group selected.
To achieve this, in Design - Workflows, select the ‘Group’ radio button and select a valid group from the drop-down list. Refer to the following screenshot.
‘Group’ radio button is available in the ‘Send To' properties under the ‘Assignments’ tab of a state transition as shown in the above screenshot.
This process will send a workflow assignment notification to all users added to the selected group.
For example, consider the above screenshot in which ‘admin’ has been selected as a group. Workflow notification emails will be sent to each user(s) of the ‘admin’ group.
NoteIf no email has been entered in users’ profile, then will be no email will be sent.
