Filename output for actions that generate files

A document name output has been added to actions that generate a document. This output returns the name of the document on document generation.
Relevant actions: PDF Stitch, Form Summary, SmartCOMM, and Zip

Allow 'DocuSign Create Embedded Signing URL' on Action button

'DocuSign Create Embedded Signing URL' is now able to be used with an Action Button.

The action now has an output URL, which returns the URL that was created by the action so it can be used by other Actions. Automatic redirect is optional through an Input Redirect, which defaults to true. The Redirect option only applies outside of an Action Button.
