Theme Builder navigation bar update

Movement options for the form navigation bar have been added:

Off - (default) The bar will scroll with the page content and will not be static
Pinned - The nav bar will stay on screen while the form content can scroll beside it
Docked - The nav bar will be flush with the left of the screen, take-up the full height of the screen, and stay in place while form content can scroll beside it

After Submission error level display options

Display options for errors after submission have been added to Manage Defaults Settings, Finish Page and Workflow Transitions:

None - Generation and Action errors are completely suppressed (all levels) from being seen by the end user. E.g the red error message above would not be shown
Warning - Generation and Action errors of type Warning and Error result in the behavior pictured above. This is the current behavior of SmartIQ.
Error - Generation and Action errors of type Error result in the behavior pictured above.
Use System Default - Option only available within Design, the transition will inherit the global default.

Manage default settings will set the global default display for errors, while the Finish and Transition options can use or override the default.
